https://freshbrain.org/activity/submission/lab-1-0 https://freshbrain.org/activity/submission/lab-2 https://freshbrain.org/activity/submission/lab-3 Well, filters, XD filters are cool to give your photo the effect you want, however sometimes I feel that they arent necessary--i lik the cartoon filter but i dont find a use for the van goh filter ( thats just me)-- anyway, filters are pretty fun, sometimes they are confusing but once you get the hang of em, you can do some crazy stuff.

Most of the designs I use involve filters. Actually most really cool designed images involve using filters. Learning filters allows a person to turn a regular photo into a work of art.

It's because of filters that we have all those really cool looking backgrounds that we see around websites all the time, and it's the use of a bunch of different ones put together that create such a neat effect. Another example is the photo manipulations you see in magazines using the liquify filter in photoshop or it iWarp filter in GIMP. Master that filter and you've got it made as a photo manipulator, haha. https://freshbrain.org/activity/submission/filtered-forest
